Why not try and make light of something so disturbing by using comedy to bring awareness. Chris Brown got NO JAIL TIME for doing what he did to Rihanna and that is the true ugliness in all of this.
We both know first hand about abuse - trust me! You need to open your mind and see this video as it was meant to be but we do understand that haters will use this to try and make us look like something we are not.

I must be missing something here? The video was obviously presented in a humorous manner..tongue-in-cheek so to speak....I understand this...However, I'm sorry but I just don't find abuse funny... there are many threads posted about respect (or lack of) for the transgendered population as well as other populations or groups. There are also threads about those who have passed- many at the hands of others who had enough hatred to inflict violence upon another to the extent to cause death.....a pillow fight is generally funny ...violence upon another is another story- IMHO

I thought it was hilarious. you can make fun of something and not make light of it, and I thought Danielle and Hazel did just that. Just because its outrageous doesn't mean anyone should actually be outraged.

I do know one woman who was abused by her husband many years ago and even though she's been in therapy has had emotional problems ever since. I am sure she wouldnt laugh at poking fun at abuse.

Personally, I think making fun of a serious subject desensitizes us to the seriousness of it. Of course I've heard of slapstick. The Three Stooges are slapstick. Running a saw along someone's head and bending the blade....It's obvious humor. I just didnt see "humor" in the video.

I agree with you 100% about someone staying with an abusive man. I dont know if you've ever been in a program that studied "abusive relationships" or not but it's a cycle that the person falls into. Once in, it takes something big to get them out..some sort of intervention or path to safety of sorts.

What I find funny is that your opinoin here kind of contradicts your own involvement on TSseduction...unless your personal opinion is all the people involved on TSseduction have "serious unresolved mental issues"?
