It's 1:44 am here

I passed out on Hazel right after lunch I was not feeling very good. I slept all this time so now I am wide awake and sitting here in the 7th floor lounge waiting to get tired again. I am not sure if my body is getting used to the weather or what but I have not eaten anything weird or drank the water so I am thinking it's the flight or something. Not sure, but we shall see.

That was a great place. It's huuuuuuuge. I got some amazing Thai crafts and some of the girls found a knock off store and got some incredible real leather Balenciaga, Jimmy Choo and a few others but even at a knock off price they were $500 US dollars. But for a real leather bag... that could be worth it. They had the new Spring Louis with the Flower print on it for $300 but it was not good quality and I don't like to carry name brands.

I wish you would have said hello. I wish I could live in Thailand, the people are just incredible.

Anyway, at least we've connected this way. This forum is incredible- I hadn't been here in a while- I came to look at your pics to check if it really might have been you- and found out you were in BKK...

Have a great time- Thailand is really wonderful, though BKK is crazy.
I am a foreigner too, I live here and have a great time. Life in BKK is so much more than girlie bars everyone talks about, and we do not all comply to the sad stereotypes you have seen in town. It's amazing how different this city looks to tourists than to people who live here. Try to get a taste of some of the "less glamorous" thai daily life stuff, there is a lot going on.

In a previous reply, someone said "be safe". I think they mean when you return to the US. It does not get much safer than here. LOL

Yeah that's pretty standard lol. I get emails like that often. People see me places but they are afraid that it could be someone else, but now that I have distinct tats maybe it won't be such an issue. Nevertheless it is a small world we all live in, isn't it?

I love thailand so much, not as a tourist but I would ove to live here if I could. I find the people to be very respectful and cordial. I feel warm, safe and welcome.
