Question of the Tgurls out there. Doc for Trach Shave

Hi everyone,

I need some recommendations for Plastic or Cosmetic Surgeons.

I have had done most of the surgeries that I have needed (except maybe some jaw work) but I neglected one thing early on thinking "Well damn Trach Shave is only $1500 I will just get that done last"....... Umm Duh its now a hell of a lot more expensive but I do need to get it done.

Just wanted to know a Surgeon that is a non tg doc that is good for doing what should be a simple procedure like a trach Shave. Hopefully someone who doesnt charge like $4000. I will try to include a pic of my adams apple in a pic its not so bad but does freak me out that it makes me get read and can be seen in some pics. (Yeah i know almost anyone can be read except probably for Kimber James, Kelly, and some of the other beautiful girls here).

Unfortunately the Doctors I trust or trusted that redid my breast implants after Dr. Ousterhout F**Ked those up and the Doctor that fixed the cheek implants(which I didnt need Thank you Doctor Melzer) because of bad placement well he was indicted.

Dr. Brad Jacobs on Park Avenue who was spectacular in fixing both my cheeks and breasts is no longer practicing due to being sued by three women who said he put in larger implants than they wanted. Really after, at the time, seeing the two docs that were supposed to be the best in the TG community and both turned out to be "inconsistent" I dont trust the big name TG Docs anymore because they make almost all their cash off of the TG community. Brad Jacobs was a non tg doc and he was great but cant practice anymore.

Any help would be appreciated and a Jpg follows in the message that shows my adams apple and the noticability factor.(Although maybe I need Jaw work even more on this pic from a couple years ago and luckily I dropped the pounds.)

Yeah I know what you mean…Doctor O “The Best” made look cunt as hell, but he screwed up my brow lift, by keeping them too low….Waste of Money by the so called best…To wrap it up, they want to charge ME $2,500 bucks to fix it. I agree, shop around. You should check into an ENT specialist (Ears, Nose, and Throat). From what I have heard, they can do this procedure, and it’s a specialty that they are taught in medical school.

Be sure to use someone who knows what they're doing.

I know a couple girls who had surgeons take too much cartilage off, which did a number to their vocal cords and pretty much cut off their higher pitch ranges (making their voices even deeper).

Its cheap enough of a procedure there's no reason to price-shop, use the best surgeon you'd trust.

Thanks for the answers Sarah and Ladybug and yeah Lady Bug I was young and assumed that Dr.O and other docs just in TG community had my best interests and were competent. Wasted close to $8000 with him that I had to have redone.

UW_madison have my two degrees from there. Then went to Harvard Grad for what I wanted to do at Madison. Architecture. Amazes me always that Frank Lloyd wright went to Madison and they had no architecture program there when I was going to school. Still want to complete my Masters but could only afford two years at harvard grad before I ran out of cash.

If I was staying in Wisconsin for longer than a couple months I would see if I could find a Doctor around here or down in Chicago.

Go to Dr. Cardenas's wife in Guadalajara. She's an ENT doctor. They do work on TS's at their clinic, but they are not "TS doctors" in other words NOT a mill.

Ask Kelly Shore for more info as I believe Dr -Mrs. Cardenas did her trachea.

I've been very happy with my boob job with Dr. Cardenas, and if I do any facial surgery I will go to him. It's not only more affordable, but it's easy to work with them.

Dr. Cardenas's wife did my trachea shave. She works out of San Fran but will travel to her husbands office. She is a nose, throat, and ears specialist and I am very happy

What’s the deal with that? Frank couldn’t even leave a good school behind. As far as college goes for me, I feel like after only 3. 5 years of college and almost completing three business degrees almost 100% finished, I worried that I am still screwed in the Job market because I am Trans, aside from the market slump. I am sooooo nervous….It’s like all my education won’t even matter to them, regardless if I even earn my PHD. I just want to raise some massive capital and yell heck with boss and just start a company right off the bat. Ever feel this way? Or rather, experienced what I am talking about? The real kicker in the “BALLS,” to me is; when I met these men and they’re like: “Yeah baby don’t worry, I will take care of you.” I think to me self, is this even worth it? I don’t know…..Girl I just want to take care of myself. But Anyways…
Yeah I want to see that TG doctor, Dr Z. in Chicago and he gave me a quote of 5500k to fix Dr O’s F*up. Don’t know which way to go-

Well I only completed the first two years at GSD architecture out of 3.5. Thats when I ran out of money.

I am in wisconsin Milwaukee right now next week 8th-9th and 10th I will be down in Chicago meeting with a photographer I work with and hanging out with a makeup artist that worked on one of my shoots. Its funny how you can become friends with these people when you work with them only for a couple of shoots.

lady-bug yeah I agree. I worked in Investment Banking for many years in the project management field and became one of the top people working in Manhattan but after the crash I couldnt get shot if I paid for it. Just no one wanted to hire me because there were no jobs and on top of it I was patronized in the same way. "hey baby dont worry I will take care of you". Same thing I heard and keep on hearing. I dont want someone to take care of me I want to take care of myself I just need to be able to make the money to start my own venture. It was an ugly world out there then and its even uglier now in trying to do it yourself and it doesnt help if someone finds out your Trans or sees you, as happens more often, as just a pretty girl.

But really you can overcome all these things but in the end working for yourself is the only way to true independence on many levels even in these rough economic times. Play and work with what is unique about yourself because niche markets is where it will be right now.

that and even in the worst times in Americas economy Sin markets sell.

Hun, I finally realized what I am just going to have to give in with the rest of the girls. I thought I would NEVER have do it, but now I am starving myself bone skinny and getting my libido back up to those fiery teenage golden year levels. On the 14th I am meeting with this photographer in Chicago, his name is Jim, I don’t know if it’s the same guy, but girls down there recommended him. So off to the Sin Markets within the next month or so…
