good luck on the running boxing and the losing weight, I have been trying so far I just seem to be hovering around 200 lbs which is down from my max weight of 250 but I would love to be 185-190 again.

The unit weighs 440 pounds so its sturdy!

I find running is the most important part of getting in shape.
My average run is 4 to 6 miles a day and its easy now.
