For me it's a toss up between almost anything New Balance puts out or the now extinct Nike shox TL line. The TL3's I bought in Mexico were among my favs.

What's your favorite pair of kicks and what do you like most about them?

For me its a unicorn situation. A pair that I have never been able to obtain over the years no matter what. The Air Jordan XI White/Black version. That shoe is sick.

If I had to choose a favorite that I actually own I would have to go with the Air Penny II. The cushioning on those is incredible.

Some years ago, a pair of New Balance managed to get me down the trail for 26 miles and 385 yards in one continuous run. Lately though, it's been all Asics.

Anything by AND1= simple yet comfortable, lightweight and last a while, wearing a retro '87 pair of casual jordans at the mo, super comfy.

I've been rocking K-Swiss classics in various color stripes to match what I am wearing for a few years now.

For running and Jogging Love my Asic 20XX series. No Shin Splints and my first pair didnt fall apart for a couple of years even running close to 20 miles a week.

For just kicking around or working at the club bartending its either the Puma SpeedCats, Vintage Calis, or the Asic Vintage Onasuka tiger replicas.

I always buy black New Balance Trail Shoes. Not sure on the model number but they're usually about $85 at the New Balance store in Santa Monica. Great shoe that fits my foot well and comfortable with good support and cushion. I am a 300 lb guy that runs so I beat the crap out of a shoe as well as the pavement. Being a black shoe they don't get dirty either. I'll never go back to Nike.

I'm old school so my favorite sneakers will always be Pro-Keds.

I don't really wear any over-elaborate sneaks...I do miss my Air Max '95s though...they were comfortable!

I go with the classics...Reebok Classics, Puma Clydes, old school K-Swiss...and of course some Air Force 1s (lows though). If I could get some custom AF1s, I'd have them in as many colors as possible.

I have a pair of All-Stars, but they are a modern interpretation of them.

conversation starts and ends with adidas stan smith or rod lavers. the quintessential tennis sneaker. :)
