That's the editor's mistake. Most of the time director's don't look at the videos after it is turned into the web team or main office.

I work for a company who is extremely detail oriented and our team is extremely good at catching little mistakes that are inevitable sometimes. But that is sort of a bad mistake, I have made it once or twice and got yelled at.

At times there needs to be a sound paste because there was a noise or someone sneezed or director's notes, something... But they should always be covered up with silence and not voice.
