Ts- Someone living life as the opposite gender 24/7/365. They takes steps like hrt and surgery to match the outside with the inside.

Agreed but regardless of surgery if you identify as TV than you are not TS. It is all about living as a female full time.

The difference between a TS and any other transgender person is all mental/neurological. But that doesn't really help you does it?

Basically anyone who identifies socially as a woman at all times is a transsexual. That said how could anyone know what someone else does at all times?

That is where surgery comes into play. If a person has modified their body in some way, the minimum being hormones, and facial hair removal (laser/electrolysis) then they likely identify as a woman all the time.
