Ok I have tons of questions! First off Ms.Ruby where are you on youtube?!? I live for your videos and now they are gone?!?

Next I'm a young fairly passable tgirl trying to get the ball rolling on her transition. I'm hoping to have ffs with Dr.Spiegel in the coming months and years my main issue is finance. I'm tryin to find benfactors for transition. I have a office job when I'm not in school but you ladies know how exspenive transition is so I was considering escorting. For those ladies who do escort can you give me hints, tips, advice? How do you get started? Rates etc.... I'm a complete virgin but my transition is so important to me plus its so hard getting work. I'm lucky to have the job I have now. I'm also a freelance makeup artist and aspiring model. I really want to get my work done before I try to get with an agency. For those ts models out there can you give me advice about being ts in the industry?

I'm going to be going for my cosmetology degree after I'm done with school hopefully this august and I want to explore hair, makeup, astethician work. I'm also a singer so you can see that I have many avenues butits still tough being in this economy, ts and a multiude of other factors (supply and demand). So if anyone has advice on those please let me know.

Ok I already know I can fix my face and breast for a more feminine frame but what about hips? I'm seriously considering a corset because I did the whole get super skinny and gain back the weight thing. I'm 5'8/5'9 depends who the person is, shoe etc but techniucally I'm 5'7" 3/4 lol anyway, I have 34B, 26W, 34H I used to be like 30, 28, 30/32 something like that. I have a slight curve on the left side of my body from the ribcage to the hips whiich is apparent when I lift my arms or exxagerate that side of my body. But the right side is boyish. I realyl want like 2 inches on my hips to curve me out more and take my waist in about 2-4 inches to get a more curvy shape also make my shoulders not so noticeable. I'm alsways being told they look fine but for my own vain purposes. Anyway, what do you ladies propose? Corsets? Anyone tried them? Rib removal? I saw a link for hip implants but I can't find them now. I'm pretty sure it was a doctor in thailand that had a certain silicone implant he used on patients. I saw the implant too but I don't know where the link is now that I'm searching for it. I also know that Doctor Cardena who was in Mexico did hip augmentation surgery as well. But I don't know what happened to his site. Gia Darling got hip implants at least thats what I remember hearing on the Tyra show and reading on her surgery site/myspace blog. The TV Teirra Russel from Transia got hip implants too but I just don't know who did them or where they got them! So anyone with info please share!

I would pump but needles freighten me plus the adverse affects are scary too! Have any of you ladies gotten pumped with medical grade silicone? I was reading up on it on tsroadmap that stuff you should use if you're going to pump despite the caeses, studies etc that oppose it. If so how long have you been on it? Any adverse effects? Reccomend? Did you get pumped by a doctor? Anywaym thanks for reading this and I look forward to your suggestions and advice!

I too wish you the best on your journey. You definately need a mentor. I'm going to go out on a limb and ask you a question. How deeply have you explored transitioning on the job? It's not improtant that you answer me, but it is important to explore all your options. I have learned about a number of actual experiences from YouTube logs. There one there, has almost completely transitioned, but is transitioning at work as one of the last steps.

After your ffs, your options will be clearer. Others on YouTube have described transitioning on the job. It involves going up the chain of command like any other person issue. Some would to personell first, depending on how they percieve thier immediate supervisors.

Here is the thread about hips here.

My advice is to take it slow, by healing from ffs, before altering working on your hips, medically. You will have longer for hormones to take effect, for one thing. We had news here recently of death related to silicone reaction. I have heard of parents who de-transistioned their children for open casket funerals.

I'm not an expert per se, but I know a lot about life and society. Escorting can be a lifestyle trap. You could cruise along good, but then get arrested and have a criminal record making it more difficult to have other types of employment. I'm sure you have thought about this, however.

If you do things right you will have a long life, so plan it that way.

Thank you! I'm sorry I didn't make this clear before. But I've been on horomones since I was 18 and I'm currently 20 years old. I've been fulltime since summer 07' and I'm female on the job. My boss knows about my transition so I don't really have any issues transitioing on the job. It's just life outside of the office that I need advice on. But thank you so much!
Thank you for the hips thread link and advice! It might be more like years before my ffs. I just got the price list from Dr. Spiegel and it's going to be a while before I can afford to get anything from him done. So I'm just working off hormones, hair, makeup and clothing. Like I said before I pass fairly well but I do get second glances and questions from time to time. I also go to school with people who knew me before transition so it does make for uncomfortable situations which is why I want ffs, to erase those masculine traits I have and to just peacefully live in the female role. But I will see what happens down the raod.
Thank you so much for your post and I would love a mentor! Anyone who wants to show me the ropes is fine by me. Once again thank you!
