Good question LG, I've wondered that myself. Maybe it's the same reason why women have tons of shoes. You get tired of wearing the same ones, and you gotta have options for different occasions. You don't want to wear your hooker boots to church. Another reason is perhaps (for the working girls mainly), maybe they are running away from the bad reviews.

I think the top reasons for multiple names (when it comes to photo shoots are):


The Model forgot which name she told the photographer last time she had a photoshoot (many models don't use the same name for photos as they do for escort ads)
The Model want to be able to tell who's contacting her via Eros, Craigslist, Yum etc and having different names makes this much easier. (The escaping Bad reviews theory applies here)
The Model thinks the photographer won't shoot her again if he finds out she already did a photoshoot, and then comes up with a new name right there on the spot.
