Yeah - if the economy keeps going to hell, we may even be back on the track pretty soon...

This whole thing is getting kind of sucky. I just heard property values are down 87% in Lehigh Acres, FL, a retirement community outside of Ft. Meyers. I think it's going to get worse overall before it gets better too. Though I don't know how much further prices can fall when $200,000 homes are selling for $30,000.

We are going into survival mode. I never thought I'd say that.

What should I change my stage name to?
