worst cartoons IMO were the old school B&W Tom & Jerry cartoons......

Hannah & Barbera used to blow up Tom or Jerry and them bring them back in what they best believed every African American child wore

HOWEVER...Nickelodeon had some great shows in the 90's.
By the way, Hey Arnold! is amazing. It ranks in my top 5 shows of all time.

Ever Remember Shitty new versions of Power rangers.I guess I like the original shit Legend your a kiddo in my book,Act like you know your cartoons,Also camp Lazlo is hallarious at times.Nick-is kid shit they never had Dc or marvel comics turned to tv shows.

Yea adult swim showed some of the crappy globe-trotter tunes for a bit too. As best as I can figure adult swim is trying to walk a delicate balance between original/funny (venture-bros, robot chicken), horrible but funny if your really high (tom-goes-to-mayor, 12-oz-mouse), and fair/good anime (inuyasha, ghost-in-the-shell). I think a lot of the bad stuff is just filler.

But you want bad? Spiderman and his Amazing Friends, the first season of the Superfriends (pre Wonder Twins), the Fantastic Four. They tried their best to destroy the superhero genre.
