Currently listening to Jaco Pastorius' debut, with a Stanley Clarke compilation (The Bass-ic Collection) coming up next.

I also have two acoustic piano albums by Herbie Hancock loaded in the changer: The Piano and An Evening with Herbie Hancock and Chick Corea.

For some reason, I have an itching to listen to all of Jennifer Lopez's albums next week...including the Spanish one! WTF?? :?

I've also started listening to the Grateful Dead, specifically 'The Very Best Of' album. I don't know what to think of it yet.

Also a week or so ago I needed change for parking and on a whim I bought a copy of Dookie by Green Day for $6, to break a $20 note, subsequently I've been singing 'When I Come Around', 'Basket-case', 'Longview', and 'Welcome to Paradise' since then. It's like I'm back in high school.

Since I'm still in a jazz mood, I've been listening to Grover Washington Jr.'s early albums (actually his first five). Some mighty good listening here, especially Mr. Magic and Feels So Good. If you're a fan of rap/hop-hop, you'll recognize some of these samples.

Next up is the Spinners. I previously said J-Lo, but those will have to wait. I'm stuck in the 70s right now!
