Thanks. I know some of the older sets are no longer up. That is why I asked. Is it because you don't have the necessary paperwork or ID on file?

Hmm...Replied to this earlier, but it didn't stick.

Seanchai, and others in the production/distribution end of the adult industry will occasionally pull a set at the request of the talent. Aside from being basic good ethics, it is also good business for us as it shows the gurls that they can trust us to show them at their best. I can't speak for the S-man in this case, but assume that the gurl in question simply asked that the set be pulled, for whatever reason.

To the person upthread that mentioned 'outting': Anyone that has their image used in a commercial venture, no matter how small, especially in this day of the instant gratification of the internet, that has any expectation of privacy past that moment, is fooling themselves. No matter how ethical the photographer, producer, distributor of those images may be, we are at the mercy of a peer-to-peer technology that strips us all of our shield of privacy.

Note that I am not speaking against those that subscribe to this level of respect for the gurls, I simply bring to mind the reality of it. I sincerely show all the respect due to these gurls as they earn, and more, but I am a realist that understands that ones actions may yet come back to haunt you in your future.

Get on with it. You're on a forum that feeds off of the wanton desires of 'she-male' fetishists who trade in the imagery of their respective desires.

Seriously...Who is being 'outted' here?

I understand what you're saying, but I don't know if I totally agree. I looked at this thread because of the recent Gizel threads, so it was beneficial to me. The only people who can find anything about Gizel's past are people who are looking for something, and those people are gonna find it! That's a risk you take if you do Internet PORN!! Be accountable!!!
Secondly, I just had a convo with a guy who saw a tgirl on HBO and said he'd be in jail for kicking "it's" ass if he was fooled by her. Although his feelings may be improper, they're still HIS, so do you think the wishes of a male model to know whether or not his co-model was born male should be respected?

I think that people outside of intimate relationships should be able to keep their medical history private. Do we really need to know everyone's medical history? Or do we really need to know what someone looked like in the past? More often than not that information is used to discriminate againsts others. Our girl is in a competitive field. So should she be judged on who she is today, or her past?

I thought about your friend. I wonder what he meant by "being fooled"? If there was some kind of intimacy he has some rights to his feelings. But otherwise a wise person. should know to go beyond appearances. It says that right in the Bible. It says something like, "Judge not by appearances, but to use righteous judgment". If your friend used that advice he wouldn't have to go to jail for kicking somebody's ass. Maybe you should hip him to the Word.

I feel that she was in this case, with the link to her MySpace page, when she modeled under another name. I sometimes struggle with ethical issues here myself. For example I have lots of older pictures of models, and I think that they have made some dramatic transformations. I do understand that they may not be happy with having their old look displayed. I use other facts to help me decide, like if she is still advertising as a ts sex worker. Then it may get her more attention for businses purposes.

And think about it, when ever a new girl post here, some man will ask to see her stuff. I will not lie; I would like to see it myself, but why should she do it, if we here feel it is fair game, to publically post it anytime in the future along with other identifying information?

I believe I replied to this thread earlier. YJ pm-ed me, and I didn't see it until today. I apologize if it was outing someone, I didn't post it with that intent or know her wishes. I believed they were open knowledge as it didn't take much to find that. That being said, I see that it was already taken care of.
