The Dark Night is a runaway for me. It's one hell of a movie for sure even though it was sort of a soft year for flicks overall.

not for nothing you're entitled to your opinion but Ironman's plot as accurate as the movie was to the comic was in no comparison as good or as deep as The Dark Knight

Out of respect for you both using 2 fantastic movies I'm going to go out on a limb and say "Eagle Eye"

The Dark Knight was deep???
Try Eastern Promises if you want dark and deep, may have been '07 though.
In The Valley Of Elah was pretty dark too.

I will say dark night was good but not as much as it was hyped to be. to me it had few to many draw backs

1- i think i was wrong to kill two-face at the end(with ledger died that would be a great villian for the 3rd movie No ones going to play the joker until the next reboot. so wh kill a good villian they should never kill the villian in the end )
2- the Joker was just not crazy enough Yes Ledger did a great job but the Joker was to me just a little too saine. a great Joker would be the one from the Batman cartoon in the 90's

Iron-man
1-Stayed to the orginal source, but really well done update.
2- Perfect cast, best S/FX
3-left people waiting for the 2nd one

Gotta add my props for In Bruges. Great comedy in there as well. Loved the hard-ass boss who had to come and take of all the bullshit himself. Whew; before this post I thought I was in some weird comic convention for nerds or something. Was on a flight to Seoul and they had Iron Man on the selections and had to turn that shit off about 15 mins in. Dark Knight was ok.
