I have noticed this after the first week I start posting... I kinda cut back on my posting here becuase sometimes I get duplicate posts, duplicate Private messages, ect... I usually have to refresh a few times before the page will load.

It could be a GoDaddy problem if that's the host. The domain was unfortunately purchased from those clowns many years ago but I'm not sure who hosts. If it's a server problem, it could be a sick ass DDOS attack. They're going after trans websites like crazy.

have noticed that pages take much longer to load than normal.....could it be the 1000 pages that we just hit.

Also noticed using Firefox (my usual browser) the pop-up tags sometimes remain on screen and clutter the display until I clear the cache or refresh the page. Very annoying but problem doesn't occur in IE.

I'm not talking about pop up ads. On both of my PCs when viewing the forums in Firefox (IE not a problem), and navigating back to the main posts, eventually the screen gets cluttered looking like this:

only thing worse is lagging in an execution match on gears and getting chainsawed by some host that is piggy backing off a connection at Ruby Tuesday's :)
