I´m 29 and i found a few weeks ago the first and i fucking hate it!I picked them off.I measured them and since hair are growing about 1cm a month i can infer that i had the first grey hair about 3 years ago.

Of course i know this hits everybody but i thought this would happen way later.

I'm 24, I've been getting a few (literally a few) since about 11 or 12. I've recently noticed one on my right wrist.

I've found that I have some greys showing up on the sides. I can live with that, and I'm 33. The thing that shocked me most was my evolving bald spot on the top of my head. I never realized it, until my friend went ape shit when I was kneeling to open my dog kennel. I realized then why my barber had been asking me how old I was the past few times I've been in for a haircut.

Oh well, it's just my solar panel for the love machine down below!

At 46, upon retiring from the Navy. I grew my beard back and Son of a Bitch, there it was. Obviously, it had been hangin' around for a while but, that's when I got the bad news. Actually, I like my gray. I don't try to hide it in any way.

i have some near my temples and a streak near my forehead. i don't know when i noticed it, probably a year or two ago. it doesn't really bum me out that much.

what did bum me out was finding a grey hair on my balls. lol.

About three years ago. I noticed it in my moustache. Now it's in my goatee as well, but I currently shave it. Not that I mind the gray hair; I know I'm getting older (I'm 32), and I have no intention on hiding it.

I'm 36 and blond, so I'm lucky enough to not have to worry about the grey and my hair hasn't receeded either, thank god and good genetics. What IS happening is that I'm sprouting hair all over the place where it doesn't belong, like my ears, nose, and my eyebrows are getting completely out of control!!!

I started going gray at 16. Never pluck them out because 3 more will grow back in their place.

First started noticing them on my head in middle school. Been getting a few more every year since then, I'm 28 now. They grow faster so as long as I get my hair cut frequently enough, it's not too noticeable. It doesn't really bother me but when people notice they don't realize it's grey hair, they think it's some type of debris.

I started seeing gray hairs at
about 18.

Age twelve.
Getting pretty streaky now that I'm in my forties, though it's mostly localized at the front and doesn't seem to get any worse.

I enjoy the grey's even though i shave my head. I like the reaction from younger women who see it as a sign of maturity and trial through living... That said i'd rather have my hair turn grey than turn loose...lol

Shocking how young people can get the first grey hair.
I gathered some infos on the topic.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hair_color
http://scienceline.org/2007/10/08/ask-bewley-grayhair/

I also read that a lack of PABA(p-aminobenzoic acidfolic acid),a part of folic acid, and pantothenic acid can cause grey hair at young age.
Now i take a large amount of it.

I stumbled over a chinese herb Fo-ti,also known as He Shou Wu,which is supposed to stop grey hair.

http://altmedicine.about.com/od/herbsupplementguide/a/FoTi.htm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polygonum_multiflorum

I think i´m gonna give it a try.
