I start with
Firefox
By default Firefox loads text,pics and other elements consecutively.This is a disadvantage when you have DSL(fast conection).But you can change that.
This is going to make your Fox visible faster:
Type in the address bar: about:config and press enter
After confirming the warning,look for the entry:network.http.pipelining
Doubleclick on the value:false Now should stand there:true
Close Firefox and start again.The change is now active.
