I don't think that saying "thank you" sounds condescending. Any response, is better than no response. GG porn stars usually respond to compliments, or any general comments & questions in my experience. That's not always the case with SOME TG porn stars though. I think that the response should be commensurate with the comment made to the star in question. For instance, if I were to rave on and on about someone, where I point out specific instances etc. I would appreciate a little more than the token "you're so sweet, luv ya XXX" mess. Alternately, if someone simply tells you that they think you're fantastic and that's it, I think a short response is perfectly acceptable.
