Are you talking about cross-dressing or transitioning? If it's the latter, that raises a red flag for a couple reasons.

Unless you look feminine people will stare at you where ever you go. It can also upset your existing relationships (friends, family, work). I think it depends where you live. If you are in a small town life could be difficult, but even in a big city, think of the number of girls on this site who have trouble with relationships.
I am quite feminine and have given it a lot of thought, but I'm not sure I would be happier making the full transition.
I admire the girls that have done it and love them so much!!!!

It's hard to really put a number on it. Quite a few is my answer. Just in my personal life I seem to be someone that nascent TS gravitate to. And my porn seems to be no different, just much larger in scope. I think there are basically two types of people that watch my porn, those that want to fuck me, and those that want to be me (not literally, I hope, but in essence they work out their gender issues and fantasies through me).

As for the original poster, if you were a woman you wouldn't base your decision to transition on whether or not you would be attractive. Try telling that to the psychiatrist and getting a perscription, they'll laugh your ass out of the building.
