Well that depends what country she's from. South American TS are the most feminine and the most open minded. IMHO. But here in the states, your statement is basically true.

If she's very feminine almost like a GG, it makes it harder to take her seriously as a top. idk..

I could see where you get you logic from, but overall, no. Lets just say, you'd be very surprised who does and who doesnt.
