I'm very very far from a fan of shows like Jerry Springer, but while flicking through the channels I seen the title above and had to watch it through curiousity. I'm now extremely angry at the pathetic people who not only go on such programs, but also the vultures who produce this kind of crap in the name of entertainment.
Basically the show revolved around a complete arsehole of a person who called himself Britney. It started by showing a clip from a previous episode whereby Britney broke the news to his/her boyfriend that she was really a he, which resulted in fighting and swearing, etc, etc. This moved on to present time whereby we find out that Britney who looks like a female, although the idiots on this show insisted on referring to this person as a transsexual, Britney insisted on still being a called a male. We are told that Britney's new girlfriend this time round is actually pregnant to him/her, and they bring on a whole bunch of low life friends and family to eventually stir it up in full all out warfare on the stage.
Now, this is the part where I get on my high horse and let off my own steam. Britney is nothing short of a travesty, and is no more a transsexual than is our very own new PM Gordon Brown. She has no morals, and is willing to go round lying to partners, and produce a child into what can only be described as a pathetic family background. She in short made me feel physically sick, and I want to make it clear to all who read this that the likes of her kind do not represent what I am in this life......she represents all that is bad and rotten within the TG community.
The other part that gets right up my nose is the way Springer and the people watching the show live were quick to judge all transsexuals as really just being men who liked to wear pretty dresses. They would be so judgemental towards anyone transgendered who appeared on that show, and I dare say I would even be given a hard time if on that show. Typical all American morals were raised in a way that you are either born as a male or female, and that is the way you should stay. Any TG going on a show like that would be made out to be a freak, deserving the right to be abused verbally with opinions and views that once apon a time would only have been found at a freak show circus. Oh how I would love the chance to be placed face to face with Jerry Springer and bring him down to the realisation that he is basically a pathetic worm who feeds on the scum of the world in the name of entertainment.
I and many transgendered people out there are just normal human beings who want a reasonably normal life without being judged in the way these shows show our community. We are not perfect, and indeed make just as many mistakes as anyone else. We get wrongly linked to the porn industry, when we as a community are no more sexual than the average person out in the community. Above all we are not freaks either, we are human just like you!
So, I'll finish by saying Britney and Jerry Springer...........you both make me sick!!!!
