OK, so every girl has her original "boy" name.
Almost all (except for those lucky enough to have their boy name be sexually ambiguous) have a girl name.
Ok, so far, so good.
A lot of girls don't want to use their "real" girl name to work under (just like a lot of GG working girls). So they adopt a working girl name.
Still now problem.
But how come some girls have 2 non-working girl names, 3 working names, and a dozen past names that they've used and discarded?
My general rule with working girls (both GG and TG) is that whatever the first name I meet you by is the name I'm gonna call you, unless shortly after wards you tell me your G-name and prefer I call you by that. But it's gotten to the point when I try to have a conversation about some girl, whoever I'm talking to claims I know her but the name doesn't ring a bell; but it's because it's her new name this week and even though I know exactly who it is if I saw a picture it's just too hard to keep up with the [i]name-du-jour" merry-go-round.
So, how ,any names is enough, and how many is too many, and how often should a girl reasonably change her name?
