Problem with Grooby.com customer service?

Hello all. Has anyone been in contact with grooby.com customer service in the last week? I bought the discount ticket deal and want to suscribe to one to their websites, but no one has responded to my emails. :?

I can see why that would be extremely annoying and I'm going to touch base with the customer service ASAP.
We do answer all emails the same day we get them - my first instinct on this, is that you may have @grooby.com blocked from your email system or spam detector.

I'm going to PM you my personal email address, if you haven't heard anything by tomorrow, (Saturday) email me at that address and we'll resolve it.
