Couples and companionship: A question

Hello.

I just wanted to ask a question of the Board: does anyone have any advice or experience to share about selecting a companion for couples?

My wife sprung the news on me that she'd like to try. She's aware that I've had a relationship with a transsexual woman prior to our marriage.

Our taste run towards Lola Malone, Natassia Dreams, Mia Fever and Jennifer Paris. Lola and Mia seem to have dropped off the net; Natassia is footloose; and as appealing as Jennifer Paris is I don't want to sell a kidney (and I don't think she provides companionship to couples).

We're looking for something similar to a GFE in NY or San Fran; not a quick grab and go.

Does this sound realistic? Any advice welcome.
