i wanna know the views of how yall fell because..from what i see and what i know..something is truly a lil controversal..

I got mad friends thats in the industry..ones that have done porn..took pictures..and the whole nine..and some that i have introduce to people i know..who work for certain companys, that do porn and take pictures.

y is it that these quote on quote scouts..pay these black girls 200 to maybe even 500 dollars for photo shoots..and like 500 to 700 for a solo video..and anything from 1000 to 1500 for a sceen..mind u most of them tend to be some of the most desired ones by most of these tranny chasers..

then i got my asian mixed an or white girl friends that they pay top dollor for and some of them are not as desired as my black girls..i dont want no one to take this the wrong way cause i am in no kinda way bothered..but i just dont understand y is that..i mean i think each company should treat a entertainer the same..fair is fair what u think...

Average pay is

500 for 3 sets for photos.

6-700 for a solo video

1000 for hardcore for amateur girls

1500 for those who have worked in the business.

So if your friends are getting any less or feel cheated they should investigate further, I will say that I have never known of this but I dont usually discuss business with other girls.

Hope that helps

I think Wendy has part of the answer in advsing what the going rates are. Perhaps your friends are pricing themselves too low. No one volunteers to pay more for anything. But I think part of the problem could be an assumption on the part of the industry that the brown sistas will TAKE less so they immediately offer less. That's a real problem when the assumption is that one set of individuals are less valuable then another set of individuals. And in this case, the only difference you mentioned was color. I have a problem with that because I face it from time to time, either personally or with the people I help.

Its like this sis, when i first came into the scene I had views similar to yours. And i can definately see where you are coming from. But now being on the inside looking out instead of vice versa, i know know that it isnt a predudice issue. Its about hard work and dedication/ Before I started my site and started work on the net it seemed like all the fab girls were white or spanish...but that didnt phase me, it just pushed me to work harder and thats what i did,...and am doing. And trust me in the near future i will be right at the top..its almost gauranteed. I have been doing sum really productive stuff lately with alot of positive people. So yoi see sis, its not about a company offering u this much or that much, its about what u make of urself and what u demand. For example..ur website, how many umm blk girls do u know with successful websites compared to white girls. You felt like u wanted a site so what didi u do, u went out and worked hard and got one..woth no help from no one. Success isnt earned, its is gained, from hard work.
We both know alot of out friends are street giirls, have no background in the industry, and sum really dont want nothing but that quick coin. Therefore the get offered what they ask for..a simple $$$. When u make urself in demand...no matter what race, then u will get treated as such. This is my opinion thru experience, like i said once upon a time i thought it was "prejudice" but believe me a blk girl can be just as successful as any girl in the biz. Just watch.

Wendy's price guide was pretty accurate but it all can depend on the model - and how much she or her type is in demand.
On a site like Shemale Yum which features all ethnic backgrounds there are more popular non-black girls than black girls, the most in demand type is the white, all-American tgirl and as there are less of them, than Black, Latin or Asian models, they usually can demand more money or we may offer more to entice them.
When we started Black-Tgirls.com there was a major shortage of black models but over the last few years there is actually a glut of them to the point we've had to stop photographers shooting black models for some period of time. With so many excellent Black models some of the more amateur types are willing to shoot for cheaper, for the exposure, for the personals contact details and as a springboard to other internet or adult ventures they might consider.
Bottom line is, if you don't feel the price is worth it or the exposure you may get is worth having your naked photos on a website, then don't do it. Don't do it for a price and then complain afterwards that somebody else got paid more.

Wendy's Porn pay scale is quite accurate!

If you would like to hold out and ‘not price yourself to low’, then we’ll find some else.

Jade (two thumbs up) makes the point of doing her time and paying her dues! She wasn’t happy but worked harder to get herself known (requested) and then the money comes with it. She wanted a site and built one. Go get what YOU want and the money, fame, bling, etc… will be there if it is what you want.

And I can back Sean up, in saying why am I going to pay more for something I can get anywhere? What makes you special or stand out? Why should I pay more?

I guess what it comes down to is, they get more because they went out and proved that they could do what ever it is that they do? That holds true in any profession!

I think people would be surprised as to what the upper end of the pay scale is.

One thing that girls have to consider is this. Doing shoots for Shemale Yum, Franks, and Bobs is absolutely one of the smartest decisions a girl can make in creating a career. If you can get all three of those web sites, you are doing great. Why? Exposure. Since most of the girls escort, getting on Yum also gets you an escort ad for life for free basically. Really you are getting paid for an escort ad. Kind of the opposite of eros.
The guys are really respectful and if something changes they are really cool about adjusting the ad (or removing it if you request). Photos on websites make guys want you or want to see more of you. When they see you in a vid or see that you are in a vid they will remember your photos and want to buy/rent it. It is instrumental in building a career as an adult performer in my opinion. The dollar amount is much less important than getting your name and face out there.

In the same respect, overexposure is a bad thing. That is why I recommend only shooting for those three top tier sites. If you do pix for sites like mine or Joanna's as part of some other project that is cool too.

By the way, all of the sites I mentioned have great professional and honest photographers working for them. They will pay you their market rate. If you do well or draw more interest, they will want to shoot you again in the future and they might be willing to pay more... BUT... again they will make you a fair offer based upon what they are paying other girls of your popularity or level.

Vicki

ps - I also highly recommend working for Shemale Strokers if you have something you want to show in that area. Their site gets among the highest traffic in the industry.

Thanks Vicki. Of course, we don't have any escorts ads on the sites - just "personals" pages where the girls can give their contact details and such - nothing illegal of course...

From what I understand it's really not that complex of an issue. Right now the market is flooded with good looking to average black TS. Having said that, if you know anything about economics, it's all supply and demand. Right now, there is more supply than there is demand for black TS. What black TS who own their own sites should do is to find a niche (aside from the generic website with 1,000 of 1 girl and poor video) and market the site that way. I love black/latina TS to death but you also have to take into account that Brazilian porn is considered black and the market is extremely flooded with Brazilian TS porn and on the cheap. Also take into account the girls who walk the "strolls" are majorily almost always black in any major city so the availability and accessability of a regular Joe getting with a black TS is easier, further dropping the demand.

I have no clue why racial predjudice of any sort continues in this day and age. I was led to believe that The Aeon of Horus (or Age of Aquarius, if you prefer) would see an end to racism, nationalism, and other such outmoded belief systems.

I do know that as a white T Girl, I don't exactly come from a culture set up to support us in our transformation, unless you count being badgered into "playing male" as support. Maybe I am less desireable than a black or latin girl by most admirers, and I actually don't really care. I'm a gurl for my own reasons, not as a means of attracting men. If men want to look at me, GREAT! If they want to offer me oney to model or make movies, better! If they want to be REAL brave and publicly date me, I couln't ask for more (and in a boyfriend, I wouldn't settle for less.) But that isn't what I became a gurl for.

As for white and asian girls being able to command more cash, its probably a simple matter of black girls being willing to accept less money for reasons that I as a white gal am not qualified to comment on. People get the treatment they are willing to accept. If black girls DEMANDED equal pay for equal work, and were willing to stand TOGETHER for it, things most likely would change in no time flat. Its a matter of solidarity and unity.

I have to admit that for every white T Girl that is even as pretty as I am, there are about 20 who are about as cute as Bea Arthur. We caucasians don't hae the easiest time feminizing, as white males look very little like white women as a general rule, compared to other ethinic groups. I guess I really lucked out getting the features I did, although it was akward looking so feminine growing up.

Cheers

First.................ignore the insulting few !
If you guys don't have the balls to post your pictures, you ought to try keeping your thoughts to yourself.
You might try learning something from Miranda, instead of criticizing her appearance.

I should be hesitant to generalize, but I think you are correct, in reference to caucasian culture.

TG people of all ethnicities face too much discrimination, but we descendants of white Europeans,
especially in the U.S., are probably the worst, when it comes to accepting anyone who isn't "just like us".

And, yes, many guys, including myself, tend to see the Brazilian, Asian and African American TG girls as more feminine and pretty.
But I do think part of that is the widespread exposure of those girls,
in addition to the points which you mentioned.

Their cultures are more readily accepting, so more of them are "out", whether in the "adult entertainment" world, or the balance of society.

In any event, you know WHY you became a girl, and you are smart enough and aware enough to place your value assesment in your own hands,
rather than solely looking outside. You will do well, I have no doubt.

Of course, now I will be criticized for "kissing up", but who cares ?

Please reconsider.

Your experiences, and insights are valuable to many of us here and it would be sad to see you virtually disappear.

As a TG girl, your voice, your story, your courage to follow your heart, and even your photos (which I happen to like) are needed on this board.

This medium which allows worldwide instant communication often leads to
instantly foolish and immature comments.

(I would have to plead guilty to a few of my own, over the years.)

Please don't shut us all out, because of the crude remarks of a few, who hide their own less-than-perfect selves behind a wall of internet anonymity.
