I look and feel so much more beautifull and confident than I have ever felt in my life. I look forward to sharing the results soon enough. I decided to hold off on my SRS and enjoy myself a little while longer!

Thank you all ladies for being brave enough to share. I was nervous about sharing something so private with everyone but I am happy that you all contributed. I would like to add more of my own.
Even though we looked busted after the work was done Im sure you all felt a little more closer to your true selves and femininity as I know I do.


And yes . . . It was worth it!

I agree. Many of Mia's old pics were taken in harsh lighting like the Shemale Yum stuff she did. I have seen pics when better lighting was used and she looked great. Her chin was a bit outstanding but not that bad. What I don't get is why she has let herself go since surgery. The cheek implants look like they about to jump out of her skin when she smiles but the real problem is weight. She says she is 115 lbs and mayber she was but now she has to be pushing 170 or more. It makes her face look awful and her body looks like a pear. She used to have one of the hottest petite bodies around. Why do the girls think they have to be fat to be more feminine? I'll never understand.

Amazing how fast time flies ... and that i am due more tweakage to finish it all off .. These are hte pics people dont really post but sod it i will .. this is what you look like :)

it was interesting being in thailand alone having surgery.. the night before was quite surreal as your looking at yourself in the mirror ...but it was all worth it .. well for me anyway it was ...as i had a very strong jaw/chin etc .....

the reduction in my jaw/face shape has altered my whole face/eyes ... now its been a year since i had it done ,, i can now have the neck/face lift to tighten the skin up to the new jaw line ...which is what i need doing now as i hate my undershots and dead on shots still .. so next tweaks for me re as follows:

-Brow Lift
-Orbital Bossing
-2nd stage of nose work whihc is nose tip upturn and abit more straigtening
-lower face/neck tighten (this gives me a very dramatic change when the consultant pulls it back to show you how it will look ..

Then i have some buttock sculpting work to be done and new boobs later in year for 2012.

For me the results have been amazing in my real life, being able to walk around supermarkets/ shops etc at any of the day from 7am to midngiht with no makeup on and have no one staring at you, clocking you etc is priceless .

thanks jenny x its a long slow process this transitioning .. hormone take years to take effect, surgery takes time, money and can only be done in stages as you have to heal and recover ...thus far i am pleased with my progression , by any means i am not that great looking compared to many girls .. but then i am always improving, i transitioned at 29 starting ...so its going in right direction ... just cant wait till my face is fully finished and settled down and body complete :)

there is that risk evan yes ...but all you can do is do your homework and pick a highly skilled surgeon that has vast experience in the procedures .. for me it was a simple choice of going to thailand ..as dr chettawat/supporn are pretty much two of the most highly skilled surgeons in GRS/FFS work on transsexuals in the world ...

The biggest shock to it all was looking like a cabbage potato for 8 weeks afterwards :) i still have some numbness in bits of my lower face but i am told over time this will come back ..

But sometimes you just have to put your balls on the table and pray :)
