That said, I had a really interesting conversation last night with some financial guys I respect.

The just of it was that it will take about 4 years for us to start to pull out of this...10 years to be semi-comfortable again. We won't be out of the woods until home prices are brought down to their true value. March 2009 will be frightening..they are predicting a massive dump of houses on the market. And the numbers being tossed around for unemployment in the coming year are in the teens. So, choose wisely, because we're going to need all the help and friends and allies we can get.
