Definitely not a fraud. Joachim was even working with the guy producing SECRET OF THE AMAZON QUEEN who he met with in San Diego this summer at the Comic Con and got Joachim a press pass for the event. According to him, Joachim is a very good-hearted man who sincerely cared about Miriam as a person as well as a business associate. She lost a friend there.

It is no wonder if videos or photos get deleted when the uploaders haven't got permission. As far as I remember our contract negociated between the honourable Polish Television Company and Rivera only her former manager and website owner had the rights to publish such stuff on miriamofficial dot de (defunct now) and Spukhaus Network plus Rivera herself. Which we did. And might do again for archive purposes only. After all having Rivera on the show scored the second best ratings in the show's long running history ...

Unfortunately Rivera's former agent has fallen terminally ill and (...) although needing help he is not getting any (...)

What could have been a superb second career for Rivera seems to end in tragedy.
