Shooting is like learning Japanese for me easy to learn but harder than hell to master.

Fear and anxiety are the biggest factors to learning to shoot. I was taught when I was about 7-8 and then I was retaught when I joined the army at 16.lol

No not really. Mainly it comes down to proper posture and good breath control, along with properly squeezing the trigger. Constant practice would turn the vast majority of people into good shooters. Shotguns are a bit tougher because of the kick but same general principals.
