I have a website, and have had the worse luck.
Found a guy online who does vanity's site and he redid my site and I was very pleased with his work. I recommended him to sasha Foxx and he worked on her site. Then he disappeared after me and a girlfriend gave him $400 to build our Tranny Talk .com site. I have tried to call, and e-mail to no availe. I own the domain name and pay webhosting and basically designed the site and wrote all text, but have no acess to my site, or him orthe $400 for the second site. What can I do?? Can anyone help?

It unfortunately seems too late for you, but the golden rule is :
"Never pay 100% upfront!".
30 to 50% upfront is what reasonable/honest webmasters ask for.
If a webmaster insists to get 100% upfront, there's something fishy...

I looked and it seems you don't own the name? There is some guys info under the information did he register it for you? Or you registered it with the hosting company?

Sorry to hear about that :?
