To answer your question, in the later years of the Giuliani Administration anything related to sex received a lot of negative attention from the city’s government. This was a marked departure from previous administrations (Koch, Dinkins, etc.), all of whom were either unable or unwilling to go after adult entertainment in any form. Badazzbody, no disrespect and don't take this the wrong way. But this has been one of my main hang ups with the girls. I'm going to respond to the original topic.

I lived in Baltimore all my life
The 90's Tgirl scene in Baltimore(in my opinion) were the best.
There was never a shortage of beautiful t-girls. Some times too many, because you had to choose.

My opinion for the declining tgirl presence in B-More is that more T-girls are passible (and acceptable) these days ,thanks to surgery and other reasons, and are able to get out of the sex industry and get a "real world" job or education with out being discriminated against. Also, be able to meet a boyfriend that aren't afraid to take them out the house.

As far as the "Stroll" , a lot of real estate investing is going on down there and there has been an increase police presence. They are starting to sell $300k homes down there. No one will buy a house of a "stroll", so I have seen t-girls being arrested left and right.
The ones that are brave enough are run down looking (not all of 'em ) crack-heads, with just a wig on (sometimes, no wig) , no female clothing, skinny and bad attitudes.
Also, some t-girls drive, if it is dead or the police activity is heavy. then they are gone for the rest of the night.
I do, time after time, see an amazing t-girl but she will come and go.

A lot a Tgirls mention they are leaving for D.C. or going to Miami because men that cruise the strolls are cheap.

You make some good points ma but it's some shit I have to disagree with you on. I love my city, nah mean, Bmore born and raised. I am not mad at the "quantity" of transsexuals in this city as I can not entirely fuck them all nor is that my mission in life. Badazzbody, no disrespect and don't take this the wrong way. But this has been one of my main hang ups with the girls. Sometimes the nature of a man is to fuck everything and the girls take this personally. If I meet a girl at a party, right off the bat I could possibly be considered a trick. Jade it could be the way it is in the South. But I always thought there are ignorant people in all of the US. One instance I recall was...I saw a tall, about 6'4" not so feminine tranny(more like Slim Thug than Mike Jones) and she not only got a few dirty looks but some rude comments, from men and women. Not directly at her but to other people. She could hear this since she was closer to them than I was. This was at a busy intersection around plenty of bars after closing time, surely alcohol had something to do with it but who knows how much.
