wow, what a weekend.Hung out with my best friend that i've known for like 8 years and it's been killing me for a long time that I've kept this secret from him. He was really open to it, I mean me and him are like brothers and he told me that nothing can change that. I told him that I'm attracted to transsexuals as well as genetic girls and that I lost my virginity to a ts. I'm not sure if he was shocked or not but he asked me a few questions (mostly just general questions) and he took it fine. I was so nervous how he would react but now that it's open, I feel a huuuuge burden has been lifted off my shoulders.

Also I'm really wondering how I can meet transsexuals in my area? I mean other than the escort route, I mean that's great and all but just someone to talk to and hang out?

I'm in the Tampa,FL area and i've searched on myspace for groups but all the ones that are local no longer exists. I attempted to go to a gay club but that didn't turn out well since i'm 20 and it was a 21 and over club :( I am friends with a few ts's on myspace but none are local and only some respond to anything.

thanks!

Congrats on having a friend that accepts it. I've never been to Florida so I can't really help with locations, although someone here mentioned that tgirls looking to meet men (outside of escorting) would go to regular straight bars. Makes sense.

lol i feel like a huge loser for making this thread, it's like nobody cares haha

But here's the thing about straight clubs, how do i know i'm not just flirting with a regular girl? lol

I thought about that about gay clubs too, what if i'm just flirting with a lesbian?lol

Na you're not a loser for making the thread, and grats for having the balls to tell your friend. HA forum works funny, you can make a post and get almost no replies, then 2 weeks later it gets bumped and turns into a 10 page topic.

well kusod for telling a friend.

As far as helping with local girls, dunno that area well. What you may have to do is network with the girls you already know and go from there.

i've contemplated doing this at various times in my life. but i don't think i could ever tell my friends/family. even if they were accepting of it, it would just change the dynamic of our relationship way too much. particularly with friends, some of whom or extremely homophobic

congrats.... this is something i would never do. I'm sure it wouldn't sit well with my friends for culture reasons mostly and somewhat religion too(I'm not religious). It has never even crossed my mind, because in my mind its not a possibility, I'm happy with the covert operation;) makes it somewhat exciting.

Yah, that would be such a waste of time...What am I saying? Been there, did them, had both varieties as lovers (Sometimes even a menagerie trois [sic]).

Glad to hear that you and your friend had no issues. Some of my friends I told, some figured it out, others suspect. One found my copy of Alannah's "Big Boob Adventures 2" and said "Cool!" then, on closer examination, "Oh!...Ooooohhh!" and quickly put it back while wearing one of those "I now know way more than I want to know about my friends" expressions on his face.

Thanks guys

I was really scared too about telling him and even then I only told him and it had to be just between us because I know he's the only one that won't change.

sorry can't help u with finding some tgirl... you can search for 'em online tho, i've heard people have raelly found their partners from the net... especially in this choice, it's tough to go outside the net and find one in real life, cos like u said, it's next to impossible to spot one, isn't it?
in any case, all the best for it.

also, congrats for getting it out there.. really good work, great that u feel nice about it now. 8 years's friend, and you're 20, that means y'all spent your teens together. and he din't judge u at all. i'm real glad for ya
