Club 7969 in West Hollywood, CA

Does anybody know if Club 7969 on Santa Monica Blvd is still open? If so, do they still draw a nice size crowd of 'ladies"? Haven't been to a Fridaynight there in a while and am hoping to hit there in a week or two.

Thanks Willie- this defintely help me choose where to stay. My work schedule just derailed my plans and now I have to go to Chicago. Does anybody know where a T-girl fan should go in the windy city? I've been to Cro-bar but it's just not the same as Peanuts or one of the NYC parties. Thank you for your help.
