Some of those sexually inspired fails are done on purpose (the ads) by ad firms, by the way. Like the ice cream one with the little girls being over with the word "Lickable." Too obvious. Or the magazine called Parents with the mother's head blocking the 'ar' and the top portion of the 't' being hidden to look like "Penis." Not really fail if it's done on purpose. :?
