I've read and met with a few Tg that say for example
"Fully Functional Versatile 8 inches cut 5 inches thick".
I personally think it means the ability to have an erection and be a top if need be.
I've come to the belief that for some Tg's "Fully Functional" means the ability to urinate.
I understand that YMMV but when a cock hangs like a wet noodle even when shes stroking it IT'S DOA.
I'm not paying $$$ to see a limp cock. It gives the girls who can really GET HARD a tougher sell since the customer is now a skeptic.
