It will be about me the first few months with different guys. I am going for a sorority meet frat boy feel. Then in The late fall I'll bring in new hot girls and guys. I hope to do straight scenes as well as gay scenes too. I don't want to stay in just one genre. There will also be a webcam implemeted on the site that I will webcam on once or twice a week.

I only joined a few tgirl sites so far and here's my view:

Great sites: shemalesfromhell.com, shemale-club.com and shemalesgetsfucked.com. All these 3 sites have a lot of HQ content (archive), update often and have the important zip option. I will join all these 3 sites again soon.

Not so great sites: bobs-tgirls and shemaleexotica.com. Bob's site didn't have any zip option, the pictures were small and the site didn't have full movies. Only clips which you had to download in parts. I really hated this option. I won't join this site again!

Being a big Allanah fan I joined shemaleexotica.com but the site was down for more than a week during my membership! When I had access I found a lot of pics but they were too small for my taste and no zip option either. The clips were also very very low quality. I may join again if she will chage her scene with more HQ content, both pics and vids.

Specialise in one thing (certainly to start) and grow slowly. Get members and fans and then see if they are interested in seeing more. There is virtually no crossover sales from tranny to gay to straight (more from straight to tranny) and people seem to be more interested in joining ONE site that caters to that exact need ie; Black-Tgirls.com does extremely well because it features only one type of transgender, Shemales-From-Hell because it only features hardcore and HD or high quality sets and video .... don't spread yourself thin, I've tried it and lost a lot of money over the years.
