Now that I think about it, I guess I can blame the DR for getting me into transsexuals. Let me explain.

I am in the DR for business a number of years ago, and had invited my Colombian GG girlfriend to meet me there for a few days after which we'd go to Punta Cana for R&R. One of the business events was a cocktail party before a concert which the GF and I attended.

Lo and behold, at this reception for a Fortune 500 company, there is a very attractive transsexual in attendance. Beyond attractive, Sex just oozes out of her every pore. Before that moment, I really had not been turned on by an TS, but this girl was hot, in all female ways. And the GF catches me eyeing her. A few times. To her great dismay. She says "Why are you looking at that boy" and at the time, I could not answer why, and didn’t say “that’s a boy???!!??!!” We couldn’t be talking about the same person, because this lady was hot!

I paid for those glances the rest of the weekend. No Soup for Me! As the weekend wore on, she made some flippant comments about "La Mister" and I thought that she was lightening up as I dropped her off at the airport and went for a last set of meetings in Santo Domingo...that, in fine DR fashion, ran famously late.

Long story short, I end up needing to stay overnight, and I run into Miss Shakira TS in the hotel bar (Damn they are open there!!!). We talk, but I make no moves, finish my drink and head to the room. I know...lamest excuse in the world...BUT NOTHING HAPPENED!!

Upon returning to the States, I innocently tell my GF on the phone that I had to stay the extra night, and she makes a "La Mister" comment, at which point I must have laughed or given some indication that there was more to the story.

At some point, I fessed up to the fact with a "Well, you'll never guess who was at the bar that Monday night..." after which I was accused of everything under the sun, with animals, furries and underage aliens from galaxies distant....

At some point, I decided that I might as well be guilty as charged, so I "went there", booking my first curiosity date with my first TG, and the rest is history. The Colombian chick never got her papers to come to the US, and I have never looked back.

So that, my friends, is why the DR plays a part in my former GF pushing me over headlong to the TS side of the spectrum.
