I was at a mall parking lot and can't help but stare at a gorgeous lady loading up her shopping bags. My friend (a biological girl) shoved her elbow into me when she caught me staring.

She told me that "she's a he". Honestly, I still can't tell even after she alerted me to this fact. I asked her if she got that idea because she's tall.

She said 'No' and actually surprised that I can't see the difference.

Anyways, she told me that lucky for me that I don't go to bars. Otherwise, I could be in so much trouble. Little did she know that I'm a member of the HA board.

Are natural girls better at identifying tgirls? Or are guys just distracted by tits and ass.

Probably a little bit of both. Women sometimes just seem to have that built in radar....kinda like they seem to know when you've cheated on them....either that or us men are just lousy at hiding our guilty consciences.

So did she ever tell you what gave it away? Feet, hands, 5 o'clock shadow, adams apple, etc??

Her hips and arms. I looked at them and they look fine to me.

She could be wrong, you know. She just said it like I'm so stupid. I have to believe her.

GG's are much better at telling if someone is trans IMHO.

Probably because so much of it guys can't relate to. Like you know that stereotype about -some- tgirls wearing fetish clothing to odd places in public, wearing stuff that doesn't match their age, too much makeup, things like that?

If a guy notices a difference like that it's just an observation, a girl would probably be more likely to go "oh wait a minute, why would a girl be going to the grocery store in THAT?"

But I also think once someone notices someone is odd/unusual, even if they can't exactly put their finger on what's off, they'll pay even more attention to make sense of it- and in doing so may be more likely to figure it out. I had a teacher in grade school who was biracial and he used to mention how when he was little people would see him, even strangers and just stop and stare trying to figure out what race he is (like its a big deal). I know a lot of people will do the same thing in response to someone who is fairly Androgyny in appearance.

I figured out in high school that the best way to know whether or not you pass is observing how gg's interact with you when it comes to stuff that generally doesn't involve mixed company. Do any girls raise an eye when you use the female restroom? Will girls you don't know start conversations about stuff like "female issues"? Do any of your coworkers, classmates, friends etc ask you if you have a spare tampon in your purse? Stuff like that.

As time goes by and you go out and meet some TS girls, free or pay, I think your radar will naturally enhance.

Also,

As a rook with 11 measly posts,
You're hardly a member, evilernie.

People say being a 'tranny chaser' makes it easier to tell.

But to be honest, there are girls I see now and I think, "Wow, totally hot and passable" but if I'd seen the same girl 10 years ago, I would have been totally like "That is such a man".

I don't think so. My girlfriend and I have had some really funny moments of women asking us if we bleed together. In fact I think I've been clocked more by men who just got out of jail more then any other group.

There are no real malls in Hartford. We do have a few in the surrounding towns. This incident happened at Buckland Hills in Manchester.

But don't dismiss CT. It's a very nice and prosperous state. We have craziness here, just not at a level compared to NY or CA.

And yeah, who wouldn't hit on Mandy? Although, I do need a dictionary to communicate.. "bleed"? "clocked"?

strange - when i was in vegas a couple of the 'women' my partner caught me looking at were, according to her, "Drag Queens". I never could tell but she seemed to. once she pointed it out I guess I could tell then. Still, they were hot ;)

Damn girl, how many guys do you know that "just got out of jail"?

, I do need a dictionary to communicate.. "bleed"? "clocked"?

Bleed = periods.

What she means is that she's had gg's ask her if she and her gf have the same biological clock.

Girls that live together in close quarters will influence the timing of each others cycles, thus its not uncommon for families to have the daughters, mom etc all have very similar cycles. Thus "bleed together"

The way it works is through pheromones (undetectable "scents" the body gives off), and there is quite a bit of evidence floating around that it even effects trans patients who cycle, and trans patients on hrt have been known to influence the cycles of their GG roommates provided the tgirl is on proper hrt dosages (and has been for a while). When I had a gg roommate with an intact reproductive system (no hysterectomies etc) she would get mad at me when I cycled progesterone in my regimen because it would make her cycle irregular.

Some people who don't know a lot about endocrinology will readily disbelieve that statement but there is plenty of documentation out there that people who have been on hrt long enough, at proper dosages will put off pheromones corresponding to that hrt treatment (ftm's on t for years WILL release male pheromones, and mtfs on hrt for years will release female pheromones). People who stop hrt and have no working sex hormone production system stop releasing pheromones (like women far after menopause, guys not on T after orchis etc). Although it is more complicated than this, it is probably a reason (of many) why girls & guys smell differently when they work out. Pheromones are also believed to influence how people view the smell someone produces while working out, there are studies showing pre-menopausal women like the smell of guys' sweat (provided we're not talking some BO dirty guy who hasn't showed in three weeks). Some girls even perceive the smell of guy sweat to be like a perfume, and describe it as an almost vanilla type smell.

Guys can get endometrosis (which is typically thought of as a gg condition), although its very rare for guys. When this happens they, without being trans, intersexed or herm, have rogue uterine lining tissue form on their internal organs (could be literally anywhere). This rogue tissue then causes cramps, usually but not always during the person's hormonal cycle (both guys and girls have hormonal cycles, and there are differences between them)- so it is is a far more complicated thing, for both sexes, than people usually think. As to this condition, no one knows what causes it (for girls or guys), its another one of those medical mysteries.

Hahaha, I'll tell you what... If she has better T-dar than you do, chances are she has been into T_girls longer than you have. But the good news is maybe there is a chance for a 3-way with her an a T-girl in your future. Or maybe she has already been with several and you dont even know about it. That must have been hot LOL.

I said before that she could be wrong, but she won't make fun of me like that.

Anyways, I spend the day at the casino. Hoping that I became more skilled after absorbing everyone's input. I studied girls all around. Obviously, I didn't pay much attention to the ones that looks like they just roll out of bed.

The question I ask myself if I spot one is - could she be a tgirl? The frustrating answer is "maybe". It's very difficult to give a definite yes.

Tiny Caucasian girls can easily be crossed off as GGs. Asians are so difficult, especially if I have to compare them to the Asian ladyboys pics being posted here. Skinny Latinas are difficult too. Their sharp facial features can be deceiving.

I'm sure none of them are T-Girls. How many T-Girls could there be?

Both GGs and TGs are beautiful and precious. A year ago, it is very easy to strip a hot girl down in my head. Now that I learned about T-Girls, I have to imagine them naked both ways.
