lol, my parents begged me to "be a tv instead" (as if its a choice) thinking it would be easier for everyone in the long run.

I can honestly say that in my dysfunctional family, no one would really give a shit if someone is trans. There are so many bigger issues that talking about anything like that just makes you look like a drama queen.

my father caught me and threw me down the stairs
this was in the 70's
my mother caught me a couple times also

This reminds me of my roomate in college who would always go on my computer when I wasn't around,. When I put in my combination and entered the room I saw him startled when I entered the room, while he was on my computer. I figured something was up.

Later I checked the Windows Media Player history and saw that sure enough he was watching my Tgirl porn, :) When another friend of mine was on the computer a day later or so, my roomate remarked, hmm he's got some good stuff on there, strange but good. I knew what he was referencing of course. I of course put a password on my computer which must have sucked for him after that day. Oh well.
