If she was serious about seeing her site make a huge leap in membership she should have a fuck-a-fan promotion. For every month of membership you get one more chance to win. For ex. a member of 1 yr would have a 12 x's greater chance to win. FUCK-A-FAN Sweepstakes(Trademark Pending).
Sounds fair, right? Not like she's not doing that now anyways, she might give up a few benjamins but would gain tons of new members and make it up back in a hurry. You maybe do the contest a few times this year and next year people will be saying Vanity who? Your thoughts Jade?

:P Glad your enjoying what I do fellas, in my videos theres really no script ( just a scene), and I just start the camera and film. Whatever happens happens, laughs, crys, moans, jokes. No takes, cuts or edits...welll maybe a little..lol. But Im glad you like it.
