Just recently got back home from another wonderful trip to the Big Apple. It was my Birthday weekend so I had extra fun. I was with my girlfriend Jessica and we toured the MTV studios ( I was trying to get discovered..lol) Also had a grest time at both Allanah's parties.
I want to thank everyone who I chilled with and showed me a good time. Extra thanx to Allanah, for treating me like family, ur a real nice gal. Also wanna thanx JohnnyWalker for escorting my drunk azz back to my hotel room, if it werent for him there's no telling who I would have left with..lol Thanx to Hollywood for being such a sweetie and becoming my baby's daddy. And big ups to NYCe, Flabby, and Megabody, yall are really cool cats. See you all in Sept, and enjoy the pics.

Nah Jessica doesn't do any hardcore stuff, no movies or websites or anything. Even tho she does escort, she's just doing it to pay for her surgury...yea she's going all the way. But anyway thx for joining the site, Ive beeen trying to talk her into doing a video for me or at least a photo shoot....all to no avail, but lets keep our fingers crossed, I am very persistant. Stay posted Babe, and Thx again.

I also think I look fat on this pic. This being my most recent one it kinda worries me. Any one know any good, simple excersises to keep the tummy flat, without ganing the hard body muscles that come with doing most excerises. Hell I wouldnt even mind having a six pack. I just wanna stay soft, and keep a very firm tummy.

First of all let me state that I think you look wonderful as you are! A nice toned abdomen is simply a product of keeping that body fat percentage down in the single digits (7-9%). If you're intrested in keeping that tummy flat, there are three key factors that will help you achieve the look you're going for. They are:

1.)Ab crunches on an excercise ball (3-4x per week). The ball is good because it gets more of your core muscles involved with stabilization and it's easier on your back muscles. Keep your emphasis on trying to riase your face toward the ceiling. It's not neccessary to go all the way up and touch your elbows to your knees. Remember to exhale on your way up also; don't hold your breath. Do as many reps as you can until you feel the abs burning slightly then rest. (repeat) You can also do this on your side to target the obliques. Don't forget to do your cardio (30-50 minutes a day 4-5x per week).

2.) Hydration. Remember to drink at least a gallon (I know it sounds like alot but it's what your body needs) of water a day; and cut out ALL sodas. Drinking water (especially if it's cold) burns callories. Sodas/beer=bad,bad,bad.

3.) Rest. Get at least 8-9 hours of sleep EVERYDAY. This will allow your muscles to heal and will prevent injury that might discourage you from continuing your training. You'd be surprised at how much just sleeping will help your efforts of staying in shape. Also, if you're sleeping, you can't be snacking.

Yea I heard about the ball. My brother was suppose to get me one and show me how to use it, but he's no so dependable all the time. Anyway I dont have any trouble with sleep, more than enuff of that, just gotta concentrate on water and doing them cruntches. What about walking, does that help?

Yes walking does help. Just make sure you get your heart rate to elevate a bit (hills, stairs, etc.). Walking is good because it's low impact and you have less chance of injury, thus you can do it for a long time. When you try to go too gung ho on it and end up injuring yourself, that just stops your progress. Take it easy and steady. Try to increase and challenge your workouts to keep on improving (walking 30min...then 35..then 45, etc.) And Janet can't touch you anyway!:)

The ball is a great idea. I've had excellent results with the ABslide, and was going to recommend it, but it appears the product has been discontinued.

Walking is great exercise, but be sure you have a good pair of walking shoes which provide cushioning from the heel strike and good toe-off, plus the proper arch for your feet. Cross-country skiing is one of the best exercises (the kick-glide motion "running on all fours" -- that is, your arms and legs getting the workout -- is outstanding and no impact (unless you fall)), but I doubt you can x-country ski in Atlanta! So maybe roller blading? Again, the kick and glide motion is excellent, and it's much more cardio that walking while almost zero impact because your feet don't leave the ground.
