If you are looking for TV/CDs in Santo Domingo...
The other day I found a spot where they hang out on the streets at night.
The street name is Ortega Y Gasset, it's near Casa Teresa which is well known GG whorehouse... All taxi drivers know this place.
As for the "girls", some of them look ok but they are mostly TVs and CDs if that is your thing.
I have not experience with any of them yet, so if somebody does and gets out more info from them for Santo Domingo, post here. (Clubs, streets, escorts, etc...)
