Capitalism rocks: charge what the market will bear, that's as it should be. What I think is not so good is overcharging for poor service, and as the consumers in this circuit, us guys need to be discriminating as well. So while I don't think any purpose is served by slamming girls who charge a high fee, I think the discussion is appropriate to we consumers to indentify not only what the rates are and who's charging them, but whether they are actually justified...at all price points.
