There are not any pictures showing the actual tits, so I would say fake.

OMG!! Is there anyone that finds this to their liking?
How could you get that much skin from someone so petite?
I'm not sure I could trust a Dr. whose jugement would allow this a take place. I don't think they are real. If they are, it's sad.

No photoshoped but fake.

The middle two girls if you notice you can see their bra between their shirt. Not true, that shirt is custom designs to look like that. Fake.

details are a bit sketchy but from what I've heard the site is called farangdingdong.com and is owned by some German dude...obviously they are prosthesis,in fact 400CCs is the biggest they do in Thailand...
If you do a Google of the URL you might get a page talking about how these girls are real and the such....its BS...fake prosthesis rubber tits...the Thai version of mastasia.com
