Anybody from "our world" going to Trans-Unity 9 in LA this weekend? Or the Siren Awards on Saturday night?
We might drive up. I haven't been feeling well so we will see.
For those who don't know what it is, it's several days of trans activism, support and sharing sponsored by the LA GLBT center. It's a good place for people exploring gender to learn. Not a pick-up place for a date (even though I met my first TS-GF there) but respectful trans supportive guys would be welcomed.
The main day is Sunday, they will have booths, seminars, and trans rhetoric... there will probably be several hundred people ranging from the deranged to well known trans folk.
Unfortunately not many t-girls from the sex industry attend, which I think is a shame - since it's held down the street from "Peanuts."
It's all FREE. Hope you can make it - hope I can make it...
