My favorite is my special protein drinks for muscle building.

Milk ( preferrably skim or raw milk, that Pastuer guy was full of shit ) or soy milk, whey protein powder, some freash eggs, a bit of yogurt, some honey or maple syrup, a small bit of coffee or chocolate powder, and some berries. Some olive or flax oil is optional.

Good stuff. :)

My name is Altarica so what do you reckon my favourite drink is?
Goes especially well with fine Armangac every now and again too.

Food wise I am lucky to live 10 minutes from the sea.
So I can get fresh diver caught scallops 6 days a week and fresh fish too.

Good job I used to be a chef.

Sometimes life is sweet.

Fresh in-season fruit is the best - lately I've been eating peaches, nectarines, cherries, plums, and blueberries.

The cherries here in Oregon are amazing - I came here for school but will probably stay for the cherries.

I only drink water or coffee when it comes to beverages though.
