I decided to take a trail membership at creamfilledshemales.com. I noticed with the trial membership you couldn't download the full movies, just some clips, in order to download the full movies you had to upgrade using a link. I liked how the site looked so I decided to upgrade. I then got an error that I couldn't upgrade my account. I decided to let my trial membership expire after 2 days and didn't bother anymore with the site until I got a confirmation mail the same day that I joined some site called incrediblepass.com. I'm not sure how that happened because I didn't see any link to that site and I didn't agree with that. I didn't want to join that site at all.

I decided to keep the membership to incrediblepass.com but made sure I won't be billed again so I already cancelled at the end of my subscription period. So a few days ago I received my creditcard statement and I was shocked:

1. I got billed twice for incrediblepass.com for the ammount of 39,94 USD. I sent an e-mail to them 2 days ago but I heard nothing from them because I made a request they refund me because I was billed too much. If I won't hear from them in a few days I will contact my creditcard company and will file a complain.

2. I got billed 39,91 EURO for a full membership for creamfilledshemales.com but the full membership doesn't even work! I also sent them an e-mail and they did contact me and they will refund me because they admit something went wrong.

So my question is did anyone here join creamfilledshemales.com with any luck? I wonder if they're running a scam billing way too much for stuff that doesn't even work!

The site looked pretty pro and has lots of content so I thought they were cool. So far I joined shemalesgetfucked.com, shemale-club.com and shemalesfromhell all with no problem.

Did you get a confirmation mail that you actually joined the site with your password/username info and how you can canel? When I got a trial membership I didn't get any info by mail at all.

Ok, here's what you need to do in circumstances like this.
Call your credit card company and do a "chargeback" - inform them you joined a website and were over-charged and you've tried contacting them but to no avail.

Give them the billing company name.

Stick with the more well known companies or the new companies which you see promoting on places like this, these are websites which usually will give you better customer service and provide what they promise.

Also ask on here if anyone has experience with any website.

Well, as far as being a sponsor goes, they are so far outperforming every other sponsor in this niche (conversion ratios wise) that it's not even funny. (and that's both revshare and PPS)

Well many affiliates are the biggest whores in the industry. Caring not for their traffic, for the industry or where they get their dollar from - as long as they get it, which is why the industry is in such a bad state.
The more sensible affiliates who are in it for the long term don't promote sites which steal or do don't provide what they promise.

Personally I don't like to join sites who do a recur billing because some of them are very hard to cancel like you can't even find a link where to cancel or something. And if I want to join one of those sites I hope they're using Ibill or CCbill because those sites make it very easy to cancel your membership. I'm not too sure about SOBVSites.com or incrediblesupport.com for that matter.

Keep us up to date how things work out for you flabeeboi.

I had same problems when I tried. I was downloading the trials and I accidentally clicked a link upgrade to get more and instead of doing a confirm, it did it AUTOMATICALLY. I also got the log in to incrediblepass which I canceled right away and it said it canceled but nope. 2 days later, 2 charges of basically 40 dollars on my card etc. Called incredible pass they instant refunded me 7-10 days bullshit. The actually site was bullshit, they tried to scam me saying my card would be put on some fraud credit card list and that I shouldn't cancel etc. I just told them, if they dont, Ill call Fraud on my card etc etc.

I got refunded but it was bullshit there stupid fucking instant upgrade links.

Yes, the industry is in such a bad state all because of affiliates. If they are so terrible, why don't you just take your program private and avoid them altogether? Do you even screen affiliates like some programs do, or can anyone with a CCBill ID become your partner? Since we both know what the answer is, what do yo call someone who has scumbags for partners? It's like a John who calls hookers bad names. If this sounds harsh, take a look back and see I simply made a factual statement about how they convert without a judgment about how good they are or their business practices and you jumped down my throat for it. I think you might be overly sensitive, like an awful lot of sponsors are because the industry is in such bad shape in general. I know my ratios with Grooby sites went from 21:2169 (1:103, 15.2¢ per click) May 1 to May 11, 2007 to 12:3355 (1:280, 5.6¢ per click ) for May 1 to May 11, 2008. Now, this isn't much worse than I'm experiencing with most sponsors, but I am sticking with the program even though I'm actually losing money currently. So you'll have to excuse me whoring it up by sending to a program where I'm getting 17:827 (1:49, 70.5¢ per click) this month.

I got the same thing eze, i got this e-mail today from incrediblepass.com:

Thank you for contacting the Incredible Support.

I have checked your account and the record shows that your subscription to
Incredible Pass was made through our cross selling promotion from other
adult websites.

During your sign up to the primary website, a default was given to allow
you to also have access to our website, initially as a trial member.
Unchanging the default box will give you a membership also to our website.

This subscription to http://www.incrediblepass.com/ is a 3 day free trial
membership. Since the subscription remained active, it automatically
converted itself to a monthly membership.

We confirm that this account is already canceled. You will no longer be
billed after the cancellation.

With regards to the refund, we have no problem giving you a refund for the
unauthorized transaction but before we do so, we are required to inform
you that in issuing a refund the website will declare the transaction as
fraudulent. This will place your name, address, zip code, and credit card
number into an Internet fraud database. All internet credit card
companies use this Database. Our billing processor will put you in this
database. And if you are entered into this database, your credit cards
will not work online in the future.

If you still want your refund, just email us back and it will be taken
cared of immediately.

I want the refund but I also don't want to get blacklisted to join any website so I'm screwed right? Maybe I will take my loss and learn my lesson the hard way.

like seanchai said, ask to your bank for a chargeback
only 1 chargeback will not blacklist you from join porn sites

I think I will do that indeed. I'm not sure why they will report it as some kind of fraude, I mean they made the mistake of billing me twice so at least they can do is refund me and make their mistake right.

Best thing this site can do change that and just offer 1 month plans like the legit sites do.

Yup ALL the biggest program sites on the net aren't legit.

Bang Brothers
Pimproll/Adult Elite
TopBucks
Adult.com (i.e PLAYBOY - they certainly are not legit)
NastyDollars/RealityKings
Silver Cash
Sunny Dollars
TGirlbucks (BrazilianShemalesClub, etc.)
FetishHits
RainbowRevenue/SICCash

Actually, I screen all affiliates personally - check they have legitimate sites and also ensure it's a site or company that we want promoting us. We have one of the most stringent affiliate policies around.

Far from "jumping down your throat" - it's a comment on the whole industry and the affiliate model will continue to get worse and worse, promoting sites like this and losing customers faith in the industry. Some specific site areas have virtually died for affiliates altogether (ladyboy site in particular).
Affiliates need to be far more aware of whom they're promoting and it's total impact on the indsustry, if they are planning to be around longer than making a few quick bucks.

Drop me a line at admin@grooby.com with your sites and let's see if we can get those ratios higher. I know the new transexdomination.com is coverting pretty well.

Too bad the owner/webmaster of creamfilledshemales.com doesn't post her. Would be cool to ask him some questions first hand.
