Good Lord Girl! Don't you dare try to lose 20 pounds! You are fantastic just they way you are... And besides of that, you will have to STARVE yourself... And that would not be good for you... Please, please, please just eat a sensible diet and plenty of sexerise, or exerise...

Wow not bad, -------if you think you need it you could probably drop about 15 lbs or so.....heres the trick increase your fiber intake in the morning, eat (raisin bran) or kashi fiber one or both----grape nuts are good but high in calories ---and drink water/tea/non-fat milk/- NO SODA! and cut out fatty fried food and other high fat foods like cheese/peanut butter/ and gulp......pizza--- from your REGULAR diet and you lose weight and keep it off . =======I emphasized regular because you can have these foods in moderation say...a birthday party-or christmas etc....


Dont get me wrong I think your UBER hot and very feminine.----

But if you want to lose weight and keep it off make some changes to your normal diet and then find a way to get exercise like----volleyball maybe or something. Gyms don't work cause after a month you'll quit going. and make excuses.I always suggest doing some kind of team sport or something scheduled like a class because you WILL go and it will be FUN so it wont feel like exercise as much-----I bet there are things you can take at your community college like so look at thyere summer schedule.. :)
