Well, I have never really seen a casr of Herpes, but I do know it is only a poblem during a flare up.... pestering Sores....etc... I think Alyssa might be jumping the gun a bit ?

The bumps on the bottom look like in grown hairs and the bumps on the top are penile papules (google it) most likely, which are harmless.

could be molluscus contagiosum another std not as prevalent as herpes... since you can actually get rid of it.

a simple wart like infection that can easliy be cured with an application of a mild acid.

there is also a medical term for some white dimple/spot markings on the shaft and rim of helmet on the penis..

I forget what its called but i remember it was epid....something. they are harmless to you and i think it was like 2/10 people have them, will get them appear on their penis during their lifetime.....

If they appear on the shaft its called Fordyce's Condition and is equally harmless.

It happens because sebacious glands are very prominent in that area for some.
