Sheesh Now I'm REALLY confused.

But what about this - I know a couple. The girl is an MtF and the guy is an FtM but neither have had any surgery - so when they have sex does that make them lesbians, gay or simply a straight couple? And who gets to be on top? This is a REALLY important question to have answered, the fate of humanity could lie in the balance.
